AyrKing Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

For assistance, call 1-502-266-6270.  All returns must be preautorized by an AyrKing employee.  Each return is subject to our warranty policy. Products must be returneed within 30 days of delivery. Returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in the original salable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Items returned are subject to a 15% restcking fee. Any packages returned without a preauthorization by AyrKing cannot be processed and will be refused. Any refundable monetary amount will be issued in the form of the original payment or as credit memo against the customer account. Refunds will be issued within two weeks of receipt of returned item. Cancellation of an order is premitted up until the item(s) have shipped to the customer, unless otherwise noted.
